I'm a tiny person with big plans about how I'm going to get fit and healthy.

My blog is focused on physical fitness, a healthy diet, environmentally friendly recommendations and some soul food.

I'm trying to make myself healthy and toned, not skinnier, so any fitness or dietary recommendations I post will be focused on how I can achieve this goal [although if you're looking for healthy ways to lose weight you may find some useful things here anyway!]
